Our history began in 2013, with the launch of HR Services with one client and operated in a Cyber Café. LHPS developed a breakthrough in a couple of years where we started our operation with a registered organization name and 2-3 team members. During this period, we began visiting clients and started to understand their company, requirements, and job descriptions through one-to-one discussion and giving solutions. Together with our clients, we are shaping the future workforce.

In 2014, Leisha expanded its business with an organized office environment and more clients from distinct industries in the Mumbai suburbs. After significant growth and team expansion, our service capabilities expanded to Pan India in 2019 and marked a significant presence in Gujarat in 2020 with a 100% success rate.
